Tumble Tots

Tumble Tots

Our Tumble Tots classes are designed for young children, ages two to five (pre-kindergarten), and are a perfect introduction to the wonderful world of gymnastics. Each forty-five-minute class is filled with games, music, and active play, helping to develop both motor and social skills.

Tumble Tots 1/2 (Ages 2-3): This class allows young children to explore the gym in a safe and organized way. We introduce basic gymnastics skills, sports terminology, and body positions, all scaled down to fit their smaller hands and feet. With our proven lesson plan, children learn to wait their turn, work as a team, and rotate through circuits to keep them constantly engaged and moving.

Tumble Tots 3 (Ages 4-5): Designed for slightly older children, this class prepares kids for progressive gymnastics. Tumble Tots 3 includes an exciting warm-up, one or two event rotations, and a fun ending activity. Our goal is to ensure that children of any skill level have a positive and enriching experience.

Progressive Gymnastics

Our Progressive classes are designed for children aged five and up (kindergarten and above) and are 45 minutes long, maintaining a student-teacher ratio of 8:1.

In these classes, we work on all pieces of Olympic gymnastics equipment, including tumbling, balance beam, uneven parallel bars, and vault. Additionally, we incorporate trampoline exercises, flexibility training, and strength-building activities.

Gymnastics is a sport that relies on repetition and muscle memory. Our program builds a solid foundation for each student, ensuring that skills learned on the floor translate to other apparatuses. For example, mastering a beautiful and technically correct cartwheel on the floor sets the stage for executing the same move with precision on the balance beam.

NinjaWarriors

In this class, we focus on developing strength, flexibility, conditioning, tumbling, and trampoline skills. Our comprehensive approach also emphasizes self-discipline, body awareness, and functional fitness.

Through a variety of exercises, students will build strength, agility, and balance, enhancing their performance in any sport.

This class is designed for children from kindergarten to 12 years old, and we ensure that every session is both fun and engaging!
